I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you a little about my goals in life. I’ve experienced a disconnect between management and the people that do the work over the years. I’ve found that when in sync businesses are in sync they run better and everyone is ultimately happier.
My goal is to bridge the gap between the people that call the shots and those that have to execute on those calls. I do this by conveying your feelings to your boss for you and when you boss responds I relay that to you as well. Identities are protected, so your boss won’t know who they are talking to. This process transforms potentially emotional and biased situations into content-focused at solution-driven conversations.
On the flip side, I get to ask you questions from your boss, but I ask the entire team at the same time. So when your boss hears the answers, it is what the team thinks — whether that is good, bad or somewhere in the middle.
My goal is to be a straightforward and honest source of communication in the workplace. I believe that quick, honest and anonymous feedback will ultimately make everyone happier.
